Dawn Engine
Dawn Engine is a commercial real-time 3D engine built on the open source Open 3D Engine (O3DE). It combines the proven O3DE foundation—the Atom renderer, the modular Gem architecture, and PhysX physics—with a proprietary technology stack for very large worlds, AI decision making, cloud streaming, multi-display cluster rendering, and commercial delivery.
This guide helps you understand, evaluate, and work with Dawn Engine. For a side-by-side comparison with O3DE, start with Introduction.
